About

Built by people who understand emerging-market operations.

Dusuq is a software company headquartered in Islamabad, Pakistan, with one focus: Dusuq ERP โ€” the operating system for dairy farms. No side products, no scattered roadmap. Everything we build goes toward making Dusuq ERP the deepest, most complete dairy management system available.

Dusuq

One product. Built for this context โ€” not adapted from someone else's.

Dusuq is a software company headquartered in Islamabad, Pakistan, building Dusuq ERP โ€” dairy farm management software for cattle and buffalo operations. It is our only product, and that's a deliberate choice, not a starting point we plan to outgrow.

We started with a simple observation: dairy farms generating real operational data every day โ€” milk yield, breeding cycles, treatment records, feed and finances โ€” had no system built to make that data useful. Registers and spreadsheets were tracking a fraction of what mattered, and reconciling them cost owners and managers hours every week that should have gone into actually running the farm.

Rather than adapt a foreign farm-management product or bolt dairy features onto a generic ERP, we built Dusuq ERP from the ground up around how Pakistani dairy operations actually work โ€” mixed cattle and buffalo herds, multi-shed farms, and an accounting structure that matches local practice. Staying focused on one product is what lets us go deep instead of wide: every module we ship is complete, not a placeholder waiting for a future release.

We are based in Islamabad. Our infrastructure is here. Our team is here. And our conviction is that serious enterprise software can come from anywhere โ€” including here.

Why we're building this.

"Dusuq was never about building a company for its own sake. It was about solving one problem properly โ€” dairy farms deserved better than paper registers and disconnected spreadsheets โ€” and staying with it instead of chasing the next idea."

I'm Ehsan Elahi Zaheer, founder of Dusuq. I started with a problem I could see clearly: dairy farms tracking herds of hundreds of animals on paper registers and spreadsheets that no one could reconcile at month-end. Milk yield in one register, health treatments in a notebook, breeding dates in someone's memory, and accounts reconstructed from all three weeks later. Every farm I looked at was running a genuinely complex operation on tools that weren't built for it.

Dusuq ERP is the answer to that one question, and it's the only question Dusuq is answering. The principle behind it is simple: if something is worth building, it is worth building well โ€” with no shortcuts, no placeholders, and no assumption that a farm should accept less because of where it operates.

Staying focused on a single product means every hour the team has goes into making Dusuq ERP better for the farms already using it โ€” not spread across a portfolio. That's what version 2.0 and features like VetAssist represent: depth, not breadth.

Outside Dusuq, I founded E3AI Technologies, an enterprise AI infrastructure company, and I'm Chair, Founder & CEO of Quantum AI Labs, Inc., which builds enterprise automation and generative AI tooling. Dusuq is deliberately narrower than either โ€” one product, one problem, one industry.

We are still early, and there's a lot left to build inside this one product. If you're running a dairy operation and Dusuq ERP might fit โ€” we should talk.

How we build

Principles that keep one product coherent.

โ—†

Built for context

Not a foreign product adapted for local use โ€” software designed from the ground up for how dairy operations here actually run.

โ—†

No shortcuts

Every module ships complete. No placeholders, no half-finished features waiting on a future release.

โ—†

Depth over breadth

Dusuq ERP is our only product. Every hour of engineering time goes into making it more complete โ€” not into a portfolio of half-attended products.

What's next

Dusuq ERP is getting significantly more capable.

Version 2.0 introduces CCTV feed integration, RFID-tagged 24/7 monitoring, and VetAssist โ€” a highly intelligent system built to help vets and farm owners understand their animals better.
